For real-estate agents & broker opens

Turn every open house into a lead list.

The open house raffle, done right. A branded tablet replaces the paper sign-in sheet — visitors tap, enter, and watch the live draw on their phone. Every entrant lands in your inbox Monday morning, already qualified.

$9 per open house, up to 100 visitors. Set it up before Saturday in under 5 minutes.

The clipboard era is over

You've been losing leads at every open house.

📋

Paper sign-in sheets

Illegible handwriting. Half the visitors skip it. "[email protected]" again. Monday you've got a stack you can't type fast enough.

📦

Drop-box raffles

No live draw. No moment. Attendees leave at 3pm, you draw alone in your car, and they never even know if they won.

⌨️

Manual CRM entry

Sunday open house, Monday hour of typing names into kvCORE. Half are unreachable by the time you call.

How it works at an open house

Four steps. Under five minutes to set up.

1

Set up your event

Name it, upload your logo + custom backgrounds (up to 12 — listing photos, sponsor banners, your branding). Add your qualifying questions. About 5 minutes.

2

Tablet on the entry table

Switch to Kiosk Mode. Your backgrounds cycle on the screen. Visitors tap, fill the form, submit — the screen auto-resets for the next person.

3

Email a watch link

Before the draw, send every entrant a link to follow the live ceremony on their phone — even visitors who already left.

4

Draw the winners

One prize at a time, on the iPad and every entrant's screen. CSV export ready for your CRM Monday.

🖨️
No tablet handy? Print a QR.

Prefer not to leave a tablet at the open house, or running an outdoor open where screen glare's a problem? Print the QR card instead — visitors scan with their phone camera, land on the same form, same flow. Also handy for multi-room houses where one kiosk at the door would bottleneck the front hallway.

Configure the entry flow

Two ways to run it. Pick what matters most.

Maximize entries for the live draw? Or maximize lead quality for Monday's CRM import? You decide — one toggle in Settings.

Fast entry Default

They scan, they're in.

Visitor scans the QR, fills the form, hits submit — they're in the draw. No email-confirmation step. Zero friction.

  • Highest entry rate — every visitor who fills the form is counted
  • Works for visitors who don't have email handy
  • Live 4pm draw runs over everyone who entered
Best for
Open houses where the live draw is the moment.
Trade-off
A few "[email protected]" entries will sneak in.
Verified leads Optional

They confirm, then they're in.

After submitting, visitors get a one-tap confirmation link in their email. Click it and they're entered. Every name on your Monday list is a real, deliverable email.

  • Zero junk emails on the CRM import
  • Bonus entries only count once they confirm
  • Filters visitors who weren't actually interested
Best for
Lead-capture campaigns where Monday's follow-up matters more than the draw moment.
Trade-off
10–20% of visitors won't bother confirming — smaller list, higher quality.

Mix-and-match across events: Fast Entry for your weekend opens, Verified Leads for your listing-presentation closer. One click in Settings, no contract changes.

The smart part

Don't just capture a name.
Qualify the lead.

Add up to 12 of your own questions to the entry form. Award bonus entries for answers that matter. Buyers tell you what they want — voluntarily.

The visitor wins more entries.

They got a "free" extra chance at the prize. They feel like they played their cards right.

You get a qualified lead.

Pre-approved? 30-day timeline? Already with an agent? Every answer comes back attached to their contact info on Monday.

Mind the framing.

If "answer for more entries" feels off-brand, hide the bonus badge from the public form — entries still get awarded server-side. Your visitors just see thoughtful questions, not a points game.

CSV ready for your CRM.

Export every entry — name, email, phone, and the full answer set — pre-formatted for Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra, or Chime. Drop in, send your follow-up sequence, done.

Built for working agents

Why agents pick it over the clipboard.

✉️

Real emails, not Mickey Mouse

Every entrant verifies their email before they're in. Every contact on your list is deliverable.

🏷️

Branded entry page

Your logo, your color, your listing photo. Visitors land on a page that looks like yours, not a generic SaaS.

🎯

Live draw on every phone

Email every entrant a watch link before you draw. They follow the ceremony live on their phone — even visitors who already left the open house stay engaged through the reveal.

📋

Auditable, tamper-proof

Every draw is logged with a timestamp and random seed. You can prove the draw was fair if anyone ever asks.

Realtor FAQ

Questions agents ask first.

No. Every modern phone camera reads QR codes natively — they point, tap the link that pops up, and they're on your entry page in their browser. No app, no friction.
Yes. Visitors enter voluntarily for a chance to win a prize — that's textbook consent. Your entry form discloses what you'll use the info for (raffle entry + follow-up from you, the agent). Standard raffle drawing disclosure language is included in the default template; you can edit it to match your brokerage's preferred wording.
Open-house giveaways are a long-standing practice in real estate. The raffle is open to all visitors — no targeting, no exclusions — which is the Fair Housing safe pattern. Check your state and your brokerage's specific rules around prize value (some states cap the value of a real-estate-related giveaway), and you're good.
$50–$100 is the sweet spot — Visa gift card, local coffee shop, wine basket, or a smart-home gadget for the new homeowner vibe. The prize doesn't have to be huge: the live draw moment is what makes visitors stay and remember you. Some agents run $25 raffles all season and a single $500 raffle at the end of the year for everyone who entered any of their opens.
Yes — upload your logo and pick your accent color. The QR card you print, the entry page visitors land on, and the live draw screen all carry your branding. Brokerage compliance teams generally don't have issues since the entry page makes clear the raffle is run by you, the agent.
You write the questions and set how many extra entries each one is worth. A visitor answers, the platform adds those bonus entries on top of their base entry, and the draw weights accordingly — the more they share, the better their odds. You can hide the bonus badge from visitors if you'd rather the questions feel like normal screening (entries get awarded either way, server-side). Cap of 12 questions per form — anything more and visitors abandon.
Any CRM that accepts a CSV import. Confirmed working: Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra, Chime, BoomTown, Lofty, HubSpot. The export includes name, email, phone, and one column per qualifying question — straight in, no spreadsheet wrangling.
It's yours. We don't market to your contacts. Ever. After your event, you can keep, export, or wipe the participant list whenever you want — one click in the dashboard. We don't share data with third parties.
OpenHouseRaffle is a focused open house raffle product — tablet-kiosk entry, qualifying questions, real-estate CRM export, priced per open house. It's the right pick if open houses are the only thing you're running raffles for. If you also need raffles for other event types (brokerage holiday parties, charity drives, school fundraisers), the broader platform at SimplyRaffle handles those use cases too. Same engine under the hood.

Set it up before Saturday's open house.
